
Use of School Facilities Procedure
Once you have decided on a possible
date, time & location for your event:
1.) Call the appropriate contact person listed below
to check for availability and possible conflicts for
that facility and/or date.
GHS Gym and Athletic Complex:

2.) Fill out the appropriate Facility Use Request Form - these are available at all of the schools, the Superintendents Office and the GCVCE/Facility Use Scheduling Office at GHS, Room 192.
3.) Mail a copy of the form to:

If you are faxing the form over, please also send the original through the mail as the quality of the fax cannot be assured.
GHS Gym/Athletic Complex , MPAC and food service request forms must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the requested date. All other facility use requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the requested date. Please wait for a confirmation that your request has been approved before advertising or announcing the event you would like to schedule. You will be contacted via phone or email with confirmation or approval.
*Please remember to include any set up needs and set up diagrams if necessary. Be aware that we may not be able to provide the set up items that you have requested, all items are subject to availability and some charges may apply. Weekend use is subject to an open/close fee as well as additional custodial fees if needed. We do not supply easels &/or chart paper. Please plan to supply your own.
We do not provide any food services or utensils. Arrangements must be made through the Food Service Director or you may supply your own refreshments for your event. If you are planning on having refreshments, please remember that food and/or drinks are not to be allowed in any of the school libraries or in the auditoriums, so plan accordingly and also book out a room to have your refreshments. Kitchens are off limits to anyone other than kitchen staff, unless special arrangements have been made with the Food Service Director in advance.
