PAYPAMS.COM is a secure, fast and friendly place on-line for parents/guardians to manage their children’s school food service account. No more lost lunch money or checks. Look at account balances anytime or put your kids on a lunch budget. It is up to you.
With PAMS you will be able to:

Is there a fee for this service?
Yes, there is a bank charge of 5.3%.
The fee is charged by PAM'S Lunchroom to cover the cost of maintaining the system and data. The fees associated with this service are paid to this third party vendor and not the district.
For every $50 you deposit in each account, that student receives a free value meal which cuts this fee in half!
How much can I charge at one time?
The minimum is $25.00 per family. This amount can be spread out among all the students. Remember, if you deposit $50 in one account, you get a free value meal!
Is my credit/debit card information secure on the Internet?
PAMS Lunchroom provides you with full protection of your personal information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.
Who runs this?
PCS Revenue Control is the computer system used in all the Gorham School Cafeterias. They are used in over 5,000 other schools across the country. This is a value added service they offer to Gorham with no charge to the district and low fees for charge card processing.

Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?
A: If you forgot your password, you should go to the log in screen in PAMS. Click on “forgot password”, and enter your username and reminder word. You will receive an Email notification with your username and password.
Q: Can I view a summary of all my web prepayment transactions?
A: You can view a summary of all your previous transactions when you log in to the system, click “Manage My Account”, and click on “Transaction History” from the menu on the left side of the screen.
Q: Can I schedule payments?
A: Yes you can schedule the system to maintain the payments automatically. You can even provide an expiration date for the automatic billing.
Q: What are the benefits for parents prepaying on PAMS
A: Prepay for your Children’s Meals Online Safely and conveniently, choose Visa, MasterCard or Debit Cards. View Student Account Balances and Account Prepayment History Online. Receive automated E-Mail notifications on balance status and low balance triggered payments
Q: I just made a payment, why can’t I see the account balance update immediately?
A: Balances on the PAMS Web Site reflect the pervious days balance reported from the school site. When a payment is made on the PAMS Web Site the transactions are then updated at the District Office and then communicated to the individual school. In turn the school communicates the balance back to the District Office updating the Web Site. This can take between 24-48 hours. To view your most current transactions, go to the transaction history log.
Q: Can I set up an automatic charge for my credit/debit card when my children’s account reaches a low balance?
A: You can set the system to charge your credit/debit card automatically when your children’s account reaches a pre-defined balance. You will receive an Email confirmation when the account reaches the low balance and your credit/debit card has been charged automatically.
Q: How long does it take until the payment information is transferred to the school?
A: The school’s accounting system is updated daily. Your payment is available for your children to use within 24 hours. The E-Mail notification of the successful transaction is immediate.
Q: Can I receive a refund?
A: Yes, to receive a refund for any reason, please contact Ron Adams at 222-1375.
Q: How can I know what is my account balance?
A: You can receive a low balance notification by E-mail FOR FREE! You can view your account information at any time on the web. PAMS Lunchroom gives you the option to schedule a payment in order to insure that there will always be money in your children’s lunch account.
Q: I don’t have access to a computer; can I still pay by credit/debit card?
A: You can sign a credit/debit card authorization agreement through the School Nutrition Office. Please contact Ron Adams at 222-1375.
Don’t forget, you can place spending limits on student accounts.
We must receive a written note that we keep on file to limit spending to value meals only, no breakfast, or a limited amount of a la carte items daily. Contact your kitchen manager directly.
