The Gorham School Nutrition Program has the skills, the expertise, the facilities and the vendors to produce a wide range of catered events for the school community. Of course, the first priority is the school day service of over 2,750 students and additional staff so our services may not always be available.

Please speak to the Kitchen Manager in the school where you would like to have the event or with the Director 2 weeks or more in advance of your event. The larger the event, the more advanced notice that is required!

Prices quoted are per person charges. The first amount is for school events. The second price is for non-school events or events outside of normal school hours. The latter are priced at a higher amount due to additional expenses. Events using Gorham School facilities must also get permission through Kathy Richardson at the Gorham Volunteer Office at 222-1095 and may incur other charges.

Payment will be due upon delivery of the event for any outside customers. School customers will be billed via electronic mail and payment will be due upon receipt. Deposits may be required depending upon the event.

For all events, please keep in mind the commitment Gorham Schools have made to health and modeling healthy habits. These menus follow the University of Minnesota School of Public Health guidelines for offering healthy foods at meetings, seminars and catered events.

Approximately 10% of your count will be vegetarian.  There is no extra charge for the vegetarian selection.  Please let us know if you would like a higher vegetarian count.

Can be charged to the school nutrition accounts of students and staff at the regular lunch rates.  Or it can be paid directly for $2.50 per person.

This will be delivered to your room in regular delivery boxes with the side dishes and milk to make a complete meal.

 

Order your 16” Pizza with up to 2 toppings on each pizza.  Each pizza serves 8 students and staff.  Extra Pizzas will cost $10.00.

POPCORN SUPPLIES

Save your shopping time for something else!  GSNP will deliver to your school: ordering and billing will come through your e-mail account.  Payment can be by check or cash – just turn it in to your kitchen manager with a copy of the bill.

Please order your supplies by Friday for delivery the following week.  If you order the popcorn through GSNP, we will supply 100% Vegetable Oil for free.
