Are you looking for ways to get community service hours? Do you enjoy working with elementary age students? If so, please consider volunteering with the Big Brother/Big Sister program. This program matches Gorham High School students with elementary age students in our Gorham elementary schools. You would meet with your "match" at the elementary school where you can do activities such as play on the playground or play board games etc. The Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization would train you before you began and they ask you to commit to at least one hour a week.
If you are interested, reach out to Ms. Stevens in the guidance office for more information.
