The Gorham Public Schools still have some Public Pre-K slots open for our partner programs. We wanted to do one more push before the school year begins to let families know that if you have a child at home who turns 4 years old on or before Oct. 15, 2026, you are eligible for this FREE program.

Presented today at EducateME's opening Education Leaders Experience Conference in Sugarloaf. Shared some of the great work going on in Gorham through Aspire and modeled a leadership stand-and-deliver message. Earlier this month GHS Music Teacher Isaac Hawkins won the Manilow Music Teacher of the Portland Area and got to meet "the man" himself! So cool! Congratulations Isaac!

Effective August 26, 2026, the Gorham School Department will provide early childhood special education services to ALL children who are Gorham residents and will turn 4 on or before Oct. 15, 2026. If you know of a child who may need special education services, please use the QR code on the flyer to make a referral!

The Gorham Schools will be renovating our track and field area this summer. Due to construction, we will close the area beginning Thursday, June 18, through mid-August. We appreciate everyone's patience and support as we give our track and field a much-needed TLC this summer. THANK YOU!
Today is 5th to 6th Grade Step Up Day at Gorham Middle School! It’s great to see our student leaders sharing their experiences and leading tours for incoming sixth graders, helping make the transition to GMS exciting and welcoming.
Today, Mr. Weber’s sixth-grade class hosted their third annual TED Talks in the GMS auditorium. Ten students presented to a packed house with impressive poise, confidence, and delivery. Great work, presenters! 🎤👏
